Curriculum Summary

Objective: To improve performance and quality of life by giving people the social, emotional and self-management skills required to live and work very productively. As a participant you will learn how to turn your life into a gift for everyone else … an indispensable gift that others will value greatly and admire. Onboard and Indispensable focuses on how to work and how very ordinary people can and do accomplish extraordinary results by taking greater responsibility for the success of others, as well as themselves.

Self-Awareness – Personal ‘balance’ and Values; turning intentions into action; discovering potential and living a purpose-driven life
Self-Defeating Behaviors – Identifying and putting an end to destructive beliefs, walls and self-defeating behaviors; replace blame and excuses with personal responsibility
Usefulness to Others – Playing to your own and others’ strengths; building trust and believing in something bigger than self; becoming indispensable
Managing Time and Priorities – Managing a heavy workload and exceeding expectations without feeling overwhelmed; eliminate ‘time wasters’; stay in control
